AYPO offers this CE course for Idaho plumbers to satisfy their renewal requirements in one easy package.

In this course, we’ll cover all of the required topics, including the most important updates to the UPC for 2015. While we won’t be able to cover every change, we will look at the most significant ones.

We’ll start the course with a review of OSHA safety standards for plumbers and contractors. This includes an overview of some of the most common dangers you’ll encounter on a job site, and safety precautions to implement.

After that, we’ll talk about rainwater harvesting. This includes a discussion of the components in a rainwater catchment system, as well as the plumbing codes that apply to such a system.

The rest of the course will focus on the significant changes to the UPC. We’ll move through this review chapter by chapter, looking at the previous version of the code, the new changes, and what they mean when applied. The course will conclude with a 160-question exam, as required by the state.

Saw some spelling errors, and some questions were improperly referenced with the state statue.

some questions seemed to try to trick you instead of checking your true knowledge on the test course was good

GREAT MATERIAL IN THE COURSE. THE TESTS WERE TO LONG FOR CE STANDARDS. PROVIDE THE ISPC ONLINE AND OTHER COURSE MATERIALS IF YOU ARE GOING TO ASK SUCH DETAILED AND SPECIFIC CODE QUESTIONS.

It was fine.

April 21st, 2018
The course covered what it needed to but I have taken other courses that have been less confusing in the set up of the questions.

Just an OK course, Questions need cleaned up a bit with the correct reference sections to the Code Book. Would be nice to more of an education, rather than just completing the hours needed for a license renewal.
