This 8-hour course package provides everything you need to renew your plumbing license in the state of Georgia. The course will cover all of the required topics, and more.

We’ll begin with an overview of the IPC, before we cover the most significant code changes you’ll need to be familiar with. These include changes to chapters dealing with water supply and distribution, drainage, vents, and more.

Next, we’ll talk about an aspect of the plumbing business that is important, but often overlooked: professionalism. We’ll discuss why this is so important, and how to increase the professionalism you practice.

Last, we’ll turn to safety topics as we discuss OSHA regulations. We’ll look at the most common dangers you’re likely to experience, and safety measures to implement for protection.

Chris D'Amato is the instructor and industry expert for Plumbing Trade Courses. With over 25 years experience, he has held a Journeyman Plumbing license since 2001 performing all aspects of plumbing in new construction, light commercial, remodels and service. Chris manages his own multifaceted plumbing shop coordinating a wide range of services from Property Management accounts to plumbing whole subdivisions and providing services to large living facilities for the the State of Oregon. In his tenure at AYPO he has helped thousands of plumbing licensees keep up with their continuing education requirements.
