This 2-hour course will satisfy part of your CE requirement as a plumber in Kansas. The course will focus on the components of a rainwater harvesting system, and how one operates. We'll start by discussing the six components of a rainwater harvesting system, and suitable locations for a rainwater catchment area. While roofs are ideal for this function, the material and style of a roof can impact the efficiency of the collection. We'll discuss which situations are most ideal for collecting rainwater.
Additionally, we'll talk about the processes of filtration, screening and diversion, all of which are essential to an effective and useful rainwater harvesting system.
