Very good course

April 20th, 2019
I signed up for course 1 & 2 logically starting with 1. After completing 1 I found out that I should have started with 2. You should review the order to make the course better.

November 7th, 2018
Thank you the efforts in putting this together for us to achieve the required credits.

November 5th, 2018
I would have people do Section 2 before Section 1. seems as if section 2 explains how to navigate the code book.

October 22nd, 2018
Well organized and delivered.

September 3rd, 2018
Nicely presented

April 16th, 2019
I would like to have a course especially designed for Power Limited Technicians Licensed in MN. We don't need 16 Hours on all the NEC 70 Changes. Only a portion of our required hours needs to be on Code Changes.

April 7th, 2019
Was a good course for Electricians. But since I have a PLT license there wasn't much info that applied to me.

February 6th, 2019
i have a power limited license so i can work with low voltage HVAC control wiring, i wish there was a course that was designed for that type of wiring, in order to keep my license i have to get continuing ed credits in electrical that has nothing to do with the work i perform on HVAC control wiring, very frustrating to have to take 16 hours of something that has nothing to do with my feild

October 1st, 2019
nothing

August 29th, 2019
90% did not apply to my specialty as a PLT.

July 8th, 2019
There is too much reading for my taste. I would prefer more video content.

February 27th, 2019
Course is good for changes to NEC but does nothing for PLT

February 13th, 2019
More relevant to PLT would be nice

January 27th, 2019
Wile this course is informative, in the state of Minnesota a Power Limited Technician is not allowed to touch any 110VAC or higher circuits. Therefore most of the subject matter in this course does not apply to this licensing even though it is named as a PLT course.

January 9th, 2019
The course was again way to much info for an 8hr course. There were many questions on the last few quizzes that were from different sections/sessions.

December 17th, 2018
Since this is a PLT course, it seems it could be more tailored to the low voltage side of things and where the IT industry is heading to.

July 30th, 2019
90% of the course did not relate to my Minnesota Power Limited Technician license.

July 20th, 2019
The quizzes incorporated material from previous courses and quizzes making it difficult to complete in a timely manner. This is a CEU course which came accross like a certification course and the questions required significant note taking which I feel was a bit over the top compared to other courses such as Pace. I am a Power Limited Technician so very little of this material will be relevant to my job. I thought this would have some more PLT focused info. Pace seemed more focused on PLT and Class II and III circuits than this course.

April 17th, 2019
Test questions seemed designed to be tricky rather than simply challenging. May have just been poorly worded, but regardless it detracted from the course. Same issue with PLT Part 1 Course.

April 3rd, 2019
You make it to difficult to review material and look at the question simultaneously. over all the course was too long and next year i will find myself going to an actual instructor for my CEU's overall i am disappointed in the course as i have been using it for 6 years now and the changes have been for the worse.

October 30th, 2019
waste of time, nothing learned, for a PLT license, only 4 hours on code is required out of the 16 total needed for each license renewal, yet this entire course was on the NEC. Why is the continuing education requirement not focused on that? Why is there no useful information relevant and useful to our trade? Why are we not taught new skills, techniques, methods or fields? Why have the electricians been allowed to hijack our industry? Why is there not a board of technology in the state that can regualte all low voltage techs and get the electricians out of a field they have no business being involved in? Maybe develop an actual education program.
