This 8 Hour class for Oregon licensed plumbers covers a broad array of materials based on the 2017 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code and its revisions, which were based on the 2015 Uniform Plumbing Code.

During this class, the student will examine changes and revision to the OPSC beginning with the definitions. Then it moves, section by section, through the Code, covering such areas as General Regulations, Plumbing Fixtures, and Water Heaters. Then the student will review the subjects of Water Supply and Distribution. The Code Review will continue with subjects like Sanitary Drainage and Indirect Wastes. The review continues and covers all the section within the Code. Finally the student will have a review before the class ends.

During the class, the student will have their knowledge checked through in-text questions.

With over 25 years experience, he has held a Journeyman Plumbing license since 2001 performing all aspects of plumbing in new construction, light commercial, remodels and service. Chris manages his own multifaceted plumbing shop coordinating a wide range of services from Property Management accounts to plumbing whole subdivisions and providing services to large living facilities for the the State of Oregon. In his tenure at AYPO he has helped thousands of plumbing licensees keep up with their continuing education requirements.
