This one-hour course fulfills the annual laws and rules update needed to renew an ACR license in Texas. It covers the following:

• Rules 75.20, 75.22, 75.24, 75.25, 75.29 & 75.80 on licensing and registration and CE are covered

IV. Texas HVAC/R Administrative Rules Chapter 75 – ACR Contractor

• Rules 75.30 [Exemptions] & 75.70, 75.71, 75.72 & 75.100 on Contractor Responsibilities & Applicable Codes are covered

V. Texas HVAC/R Contractor Laws Chapter 1302 – General
