This 12-hour course will provide Utah plumbers with all of the CE credits that are needed for license renewal.
In the course, we'll begin with reviewing the most important amendments to the 2015 IPC as adopted by Utah. While we won't discuss every change in depth, we will cover the most essential changes for you to know in your business.
After that, we'll discuss safety in the plumbing industry. We'll talk about the various hazards and strains you might encounter in your work, environmental risks, and safety techniques to implement.
Our final topic will be rainwater harvesting, an exciting development as we look for new ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle water. This section of the course will include an overview of rainwater harvesting systems, as well as a breakdown of all the necessary components, and the ideal locations for collection of rainwater.

Instructor Bio
Chris D'Amato is the instructor and industry expert for Plumbing Trade Courses. With over 25 years experience, he has held a Journeyman Plumbing license since 2001 performing all aspects of plumbing in new construction, light commercial, remodels and service. Chris manages his own multifaceted plumbing shop coordinating a wide range of services from Property Management accounts to plumbing whole subdivisions and providing services to large living facilities for the the State of Oregon. In his tenure at AYPO he has helped thousands of plumbing licensees keep up with their continuing education requirements.
